Aioli recipe

 

I use prepared mayonnaise, preferably light.

Aioli

Finely grate or chop a few garlic cloves, mix well with mayonnaise, let rest in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. The amount of garlic will depend on your taste, I use a lot of it and no one has ever complained.

As for removing the germ of the garlic cloves, this is a myth. No need, unless you feel compelled to it for some obscure irrational reason.
