Chocolate fondue

Start by breaking the chocolate into medium size pieces, add the cream and start to warm up slowly, stirring, until all the chocolate is melted. Add the other ingredients (spices, alcohol), and serve within a couple of minutes. Never let the mix boil, just keep it warm. Actually it will hold better to the dipped fruits when cooler.
