Coup du milieu

The "coup du milieu" is a small glass of kirsch or other fruit alcohol drank during the meal. It is a tradition, but for my part I do not subscribe to it. The alleged digestive virtues of the "coup du milieu" are probably largely overrated. If you want a drink, no need to make questionable excuses!
