I use prepared mayonnaise, preferably light.
| Finely chop some shallots, mix well with the mayonnaise, let rest in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. The amount of shallot will depend on your taste, I use a lot of it and no one has ever complained. | Une petit photo. |
