Peppercorn sauce recipe

 

I use prepared mayonnaise, preferably light.

Peppercorn sauce

Crush some peppercorn with a pestle and mortar or using a peppermill adjusted coarsely.
Mix in a bowl with 1/2 volume of mayonnaise and 1/2 volume cream cheese.
Thin while mixing to a creamy consistency by adding olive oil.
Let rest in fridge at least one hour before serving.
