Whisky sauce recipe
I use prepared mayonnaise, preferably light.
Whisky sauce
20 cl mayonnaise (1 small cup),
1 soup spoon Ketchup,
5 cl whisky (1.7 oz = 1 shot glass),
White pepper.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the whisky and some ground white pepper. Let rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
